Colorescience Body Shield SPF 50 is an all-mineral, broad spectrum body sunscreen that protects from head to toe in a light texture. Its zinc oxide and the brand’s EnviroScreen® technology protect against UVA and UVB rays and defend skin against pollution, blue light and infrared, in a hydrating, antioxidant-rich formula. The cream is water and sweat resistant for 80 minutes.

Two shades are available. Original, a universal shade, blends into every skin tone without leaving white traces. Bronze (Bronzé) warms and brightens lighter skin and blends into deeper skin tones; its colour is temporary and stays on until you wash it off.

Oil-free, the formula suits every skin type and skin tone. Designed for the body, it can also be used on the face, but the brand reserves its Face Shields, with a texture made for the face, for that purpose.

Shake well before each use.
On fully dry skin, 15 minutes before exposure, apply liberally and evenly about a shot glass’s worth to cover the whole body.
Bronze shade: apply in thin layers and let each layer dry for 1 to 2 minutes.
Reapply at least every two hours, on fully dry skin.

Precautions: with the bronze shade, the mineral pigments sit on the surface of the skin and may transfer onto light or delicate fabrics; limit contact and, if colour transfers, wash right away with warm water and a gentle detergent. The cream washes off with soap and water. For children under 6 months, ask a doctor.
